Best Jobs Supervisor External Relations
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
* In co-operation with Supervisor Government & Public Affairs and Specialist Permitting & Assets Report to ensure sensitive issues relating to scrapped metals ex-PKP2B/COW are handled properly based on the prevailing government regulation and law.
* Handle and analyze all stakeholders’ requests being submitted to KPCby dealing with related departments within ESD and/or KPCto ensure the stakeholders are well-informed and in which KPCmay provide support based on priorities.
* Assist Superintendent Government Relations in monitoring and identifying all strategic issues relating to company’s operation involving security forces, NGOs and certain groups of stakeholders by ensuring KPC’s business operation is running well without disturbances.
* Deal with the local Government Institutions in order to get data, strategic plans and necessary information for being analyzed and to be report on to Superintendent and/or manager External Relations.
* Work in co-operation with KPC Balikpapan and Samarinda to manage and analyze government issues that may have significantly impact on KPC’s operation.
* Conduct a regular meeting with related superintendents and/or managers within ESD in order to update strategic issues on political constellation pertaining to local government and all related stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Strata 1 in public communication degree with 3 years experience in related field.
* Trained in the fields of communications, public relations, effective writings and problem solving.
* Have knowledge in laws concerning government prevailing regulations and law.
* Well- understood on local culture and norms.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, to be able to prepare communicative and comprehensive reports on related issues & matters.
* Proactive, discipline, hospitable, friendly, loyal and highly dedicated.
* Carry out specific tasks and work being assigned by Superintendent and Manager.
Best Jobs Supervisor – Contract Administration
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
* Management of e-filling and hard copy document related to tender and contract to be classified in appropriate category with a clear identification for easy searching.
* Monitoring circulation (in or out) of document in Library.
* Registration and monitoring of document circulated in internal or external KPCfor approval and/or review.
* Development and maintenance of contractual database such as contract value data, retention data, bond record, commercial info.
* Preparing, inputting and maintenance of online Contract Administration data.
* Involvement in improvement of tender and contract forms.
* Development of report such as saving report, work load report, progress report, monthly report.
* Development of report production tools such as spread sheet or other.
* Supervision to Contract Officer(s).
* Development of contract document to be reviewed by Specialist Contract(s) and/or Superintendent Contract and/or other related management.
* Drafting of letter, minutes of meeting, and simple minor contract variation.
* Arrangement of invitation, meeting room booking, transportation, accommodation, and other to support meeting.
* Contract expire date monitoring and updating.
* Provide training on Advance Contract Administration to end user.
Requirements:
* S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
* Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
* Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
* Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
* Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).
